1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Tran Thi Ngoc Bich ("we", "us", or "the developer"), an individual developer based in Vietnam, collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile game Droppy Dog (the "Game") on iOS and Android.

By installing or using the Game, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the Game and do not use it.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information collected automatically

Device information — device model, operating system version, screen size, language, country. Collected by Unity and GameAnalytics to measure aggregate performance and gameplay trends.
Gameplay statistics on your device — your best score, settings, profile name, avatar selection, and shop purchase flags are stored locally on your device via Unity PlayerPrefs. This data never leaves your device.

2.2 Information from purchases

When you make an in-app purchase (Avatar Pack, Broom Tier), the transaction is processed by Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android). We receive only a receipt confirming the purchase — we do not receive your name, address, credit card number, or other payment details.

2.3 Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
We do not collect precise GPS location.
We do not collect photos, contacts, microphone audio, or other personal files.
We do not require account registration or social login.

3. How We Use Information

To process in-app purchases (Avatar Pack, Broom Tier).
To save your best score and game progress on your device.
To improve game stability and performance.

4. Third Parties We Share Information With

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

Google Play Billing (Android purchases) — Google Privacy Policy

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

5. Children's Privacy

The Game is rated Everyone and is not primarily directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (under 16 in the EU). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6.1 GDPR rights (EU / EEA / UK users)

7. Data Retention

Gameplay data stored on your device persists until you uninstall the Game or clear app data. Data held by third parties (Google Play, Apple, Unity, GameAnalytics) is retained according to their own policies.

8. Security

We rely on the security infrastructure of Apple App Store and Google Play. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work with reputable providers to keep your data safe.

9. International Data Transfers

The third parties we use (Google, Apple, Unity) may transfer and process data outside your country, including to the United States. Standard contractual clauses and other safeguards required by GDPR apply.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the change. Material changes will be communicated in-game on next launch.
